Live Zoom sessions
We are currently running donation based sessions in partnership with the charity CALM. These are simple 15 minute sessions, all you need is a device and headphones. We use simple breathing techniques to start the day in a calm and controlled way, as well as adding some simple mindfulness techniques to balance the mind first thing.
