Welcome and thank you for choosing Breathing Space.  Importantly you have chosen to invest in yourself and you should be hugely proud at taking that step for you.

 

Over the next 30 days you will have a chance to learn how to use your breath to manage stress, find some balance and perform at your best.

Through the programme you will be guided on the best way to utilise your breathing to help control your wellbeing as well as some mindfulness based tips on managing your mindset and tools that can help you find balance.

On day one I will give you a quick overview of the next 30 days along with how to setup your personal plan. 

Along side this you will also get tips on how to structure your days, how to make the most of your breathers as well as our three practices to add in today
